Yes, I am biased! I am a firm believer in the strategy of developing a website. Sure, there are other website monetization strategies, but I believe firmly in the concept of website development for the average person.

Most of us are just regular people, and we don't have the development teams and marketing assistants that the Internet Marketing "Guru's" have … nor do we have the time to commit to 20 hours a day to stay ahead of the latest search engine optimization strategies … or the resources to test 100 new gimmicks in an effort to find the lastest new optimization strategy to "beat the search engines" …

What each of us do have … are at least 1, 2, or 3 good ideas …

These ideas may not be blockbuster ideas! But they don't have to be!

I am a firm believer in the $300, $3,000, and $30,000 idea!

So what is that? I believe that each and every one of us has a website idea that has the potential to make $3,000, is guaranteed to make $300, and has the potential to make $30,000 - each and every year …

In otherwords, I have no doubt that you have at least three website ideas each which are worth AT LEAST $3,000 a year and have the potential to be worth $30,000 a year!

The first website I am going to call the Dot Bomb … I built it, put it up, had great expectations for it - it bombed … but it did make $382 its first year and consistently generates a trickle of income each month. Case Study #2 - Exceeded Expectations by 4,323% - this is a hobbyist website I set up to "sell" hobbyist supplies … my goal was to sell just enough to pay for my personal hobby supplies. Case Study #3 - Latest website less than a year old is on track to meet my revenue projections of $6,000 its first year and should double that in its second year.

So here we have three websites. The first one turned out to be a $300 idea … the second one I expected to be a $300+ idea actually turned out to be a $15,015 idea … so while it isn't quite a $30,000 idea in its first year, it certainly blew away the $3,000 mark and is on track to be one of those $30,000 ideas in its second year ($23,612.80 through September) … And the third website in less than a half year has already passed the $3,000 mark and is on track to double that amount …

So whatever your idea is … I am confident that you can build it into a $300, $3,000, or $30,000 idea …
